Love to cook and pretty fast at it.

I am a passionate and humorous individual who likes to enjoy the life. I finished my undergraduate studies in Mumbai and worked for around 2 years in Bangalore before coming to United States for my graduate studies. I finished both masters and PhD in Polymer and Fiber Engineering at Auburn University, AL and then moved to Virginia Tech for post doc. Currently, I am working as a process engineer in a company and I love my work. Apart from that, I love badminton, chess, kayaking, coffee, food and music. I value science the most and highly appreciate the impact of basic sciences on our lives. Once in a while, I enjoy writing poems and swimming. I am very flexible when it comes to food and music. I have moderate cooking skills but would certainly love to be more skillful. I have no restrictions on eating non-veg and I can cook good chicken too. Nonetheless, I do not cook/eat non-veg food with my parents and sister since my family (and my childhood) grew in vegetarian culture. I can easily extend that for my future wife if sharing only vegetarian food with her/at home, is desired. I do wish to eat non-veg food when I am outside though (alone or with friends) ;)
